Supplier of Thermoplastic composite panels
PURE manufactured panels and parts are derived from our continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic technology. Continuous fibers reinforcing a thermoplastic polymer matrix brings together a combination of materials, properties and processes to achieve a new class of performance materials applicable to a broad range of markets.
The resulting structural composite has many advantages compared to traditional thermoset polymer composites.
The key benefits of these materials are illustrated in figure left.
Strength and Stiffness: High fiber loading with properties equivalent to advanced composites widely used for advanced aircraft and space vehicles.
Toughness: PURE’s ductile matrix and good elongation properties lead to tougher and more damage-resistant finished parts.
Productivity: Low pressure thermoforming methods result in high volume production of three dimensional parts compared to existing composite processes. Program tooling is low-cost and is easily amortized over volume runs.
Design Freedom: Wide selection of fiber reinforcements, fabric styles, and aesthetic
Environmental: Thermoplastics can be recycled.
PURE is an experienced manufacture of composite components cut and molded from our continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic sheets marketed under the thermoCOMP brand. PURE is a supplier of thermoplastic panels and parts to the sporting goods, medical, electronics, and transportation industries. The company specializes in performance applications that require lightweight, high-strength and durability.
Through polymer chemistry, our scientists have formulated a family of proprietary thermoplastic resin systems. These resins are used as the matrices for oriented continuous fiber reinforced composites. Thermoplastic matrices not only broaden the design window for part material selection, but also enable volume production of high performance composite parts which can be molded into complex shapes.
PURE takes advantage of its modern development facilities to find suitable design solutions for our customers. Production is done in our state-of-art manufacturing facility located in Panyu, Guangzhou which is in the heart of China’s Pearl River Delta region. From this location, we have access to many ancillary suppliers to facilitate our customer’s finished goods needs. Panyu is approximately a one hour drive from Guangzhou’s Baiyun International Airport.

Resilient thermoplastic composites are widely used in athletic footwear to enhance performance.
These materials are well suited for footwear applications as they are thin (typically 1mm), light and durable.
The illustrations left show how composite materials are boosting athletic footwear performance through improved comfort (arch support), increased stability (motion control), and more energy return.
Composite materials have been preventing injury, correcting biomechanical motion, and assisting with patient rehabilitation for more than twenty years.
Thin and light composites have been adopted for a range of performance medical devices to provide relief and increase comfort. Thermoplastic composites offer unique benefits for mass customization according to an individual's unique shape. PURE can assist you to achieve maximum performance from your medical device, optimize cost, and improve aesthetics.
