The panels are made from a proprietary thermoplastic matrix reinforced with continuous fibers to provide a cost-effective, lightweight, high strength, and multi-layered material for a variety of applications. PURE’s high impact thermoplastic matrix has good chemical resistance, superb weather ability, and outstanding UV durability.

thermoCOMP panels can be cut and formed into three dimensional shapes. The thermoplastic matrix allows for volume production of parts which offer performance advantages over short fiber injection molded materials.

Our soft TPU composite is made from flexible and durable thermoplastic urethane resin reinforced with high-strength continuous fibers. The material is a lightweight, flexible sheet with high abrasion resistance and high tensile strength. This super strong fabric can be stitched into footwear, or sewn onto apparel items such as gloves and jackets. The material’s high tensile strength is suitable for straps that won’t break or stretch.

The crystal clear TPU sheet provides depth and luster to highlight the technical fiber reinforcement. Rigid TPU material is abrasion resistant, and remains tuff under cold weather conditions. The material can be molded into three dimensional shapes such as outsoles, arch bridges, rigid straps for outdoor gear, and protective body armor.

ORTHO MAX is a thermoormable carbon fiber reinforced sheet specifically designed to meet the requirements for orthopedic knee braces. The material can be molded into a custom knee brace, or heat adjusted for final fit from a prefabricated device. The material is offered in 2 Grades: .120” (3mm), and .090”(2.3mm).
